Trapezaki Villas is a complex of 2 villas, Villa Angelica and Villa Mariza. Trapezaki Villas Kefalonia are located at the foot of Mount Aenos, one of the ten national Parks in Greece, offering a stunning view across the Ionian Sea and the opportunity to enjoy a serene and relaxing stay with privacy in a peaceful environment.

The property offers 2 self-catered villas with private pools and stunning sea views where seafront restaurants and shops are within 7-minute walk. There is also a pool bar just a few meters away (2-minute walk).

Villa Mariza is neighboured by Villa Angelica. Both properties are identical in build and are separated by a large dividing fence, thus offering holidays with privacy. Each villa has its own private swimming pool. Both villas can be booked at the same dates with easy access between them, thus suitable for groups of up to 12 people.

The atmosphere is very friendly and warm, and the garden just outside idyllic and fresh.

Surrounded by trees and a beautiful vineyard, where you can also harvest grapes, if you are visiting it in August!

Trapezaki Villas Kefalonia provide a perfect base from which to explore the many delights that Kefalonia has to offer.

The delightful Villa Mariza with it's private swimming pool and outdoor patio area is located in the traditional village of Trapezaki. The villa is 120m2 with a barbecue area surrounded by a lovely landscaped garden. There are two bedrooms on the top floor that consist of a double room, a twin bedroom and a separate toilet with shower facilities. There is also a large and furnished balcony on the top floor.

The ground floor consists of a separate double bedroom with patio doors leading to the pool area, a fully fitted kitchen, a dining room area, spacious living room, separate toilet and shower and also a utility room. The upper floor consists of two double rooms with metallic beds and furniture in the tone of white which are resting the eye and the senses giving a summer tone. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern accessories, the dining area will comfortably seat six people and the living room area has TV, DVD Player, Wi-Fi connection and a selection of reading material. The utility room has a washing machine, iron and board. To complement the natural sea breeze there is also air conditioning throughout. There are private car parking spaces. At the outside, a big green garden with grass with a unique view , is waiting you , and a vineyard where the visitors of the August have the opportunity to watch the traditional procedure of the vine harvest which for centuries is happening in our island. There is also a private pool, a yard with barbeque and olive trees where visitors can enjoy their meal under the shade. In addition to all of these, there is an outside lounge where they can enjoy, with comfort, their coffee and finally there are sun loungers where they can enjoy their sunbathing.

Villa Angelica is just 600 meters away from Trapezaki Beach and 1300 meters from the beach of Agios Thomas, offering spectacular views of the Ionian Sea and Mount Aenos.
Within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance you can find a pool bar and the traditional seaside taverns of the area. It is fully equipped and refurbished with new furniture and color combinations that relax the eye and relax the senses of its visitors. In its external area there is a large green garden with grass, ornamental trees and plants, a private pool with unlimited sea and mountain views, a courtyard with a barbeque with a dining room and a pergola covered, which guests can enjoy their lunch or breakfast under the shade. Villa Mariza is located at the foot of Mount Aenos, one of the ten National Parks in Greece, with an astonishing view of the Ionian sea and the mountain Aenos. Surrounded by natural vegetation that consists of olive, pine and cypress trees the villa provides a breathtaking view across the Ionian Sea while relaxing in a peaceful atmosphere. Trapazaki Beach is only 600 metres away and St Thomas Beach about 1300, and offer sandy beaches, exotic palm and banana trees. There are water sports at the popular Lourdas Beach that is a 5 minute drive away.

The village of Trapazaki and its neighbouring villages provide many excellent restaurants, two of which were voted the best in Kefalonia by Trip Advisor in recent times. There are many shops, tavernas, car hire companies, historical walks and organised excursions within the vicinity of Villa Mariza. Trapazaki is located on the south coast and provides an excellent base to explore the many beauty spots in Kefalonia. There is also easy access to our capital Argostoli to enable you to spend an evening of entertainment, boutiques and designer shops or simply ‘people watch’ in the main square as you enjoy a glass of excellent local wine. You can also, with a 5 to 15 minute walk , be in a wonderful pool bar to enjoy your drink or at the traditional coastal tavernas.

Villa Mariza is neighboured by Villa Angelica. Both properties are identical in build with separate swimming pools, enjoy the same rental rates and are extremely private from each other. Individually, the villas guarantee a private holiday as they are separated by a large dividing fence. For groups of up to 12 people, the flexibility and option exists where easy access can be granted between the grounds of the two villas. This option may appeal to wedding parties or other large groups and a discount will apply for parties who book the two villas for the same dates.

In addition to a thorough changeover clean, the villa is cleaned midweek and the linen and towels changed. The bins are emptied on a regular basis and the swimming pool cleaned every 3 days.
