Our car club had four Miatas (two couples, two singles) and we all LOVED the cabin! The location was perfect - quiet but convenient to Lake Placid and Whiteface. With warm days and cool nights. we appreciated the HVAC splits in each space, and the propane stove in the main living area. We loved the fire pit, and having a washer and dryer in the basement. The entrance from Route 73 is fine for SUVs and light trucks, and even our sports cars managed with some careful driving on Nordic. Penny Lane was just fine, and we had no issues parking our cars. The cabin is clearly new construction, and is very thoughtfully laid out. When I have a similarly sized group visiting this area in the future, this will be our first choice.
