'I do want to say that the ladies who worked on the weekend deserve a raise. They were very helpful and very kind. The employee who was a male was very rude. You would ask him questions and would not answer you at all. Besides that i enjoyed my stay.'

'The pool was not maintained, there was paint flaking off the floor, and they didn’t have clean towels washed and prepped for the users. It was not clean in the pool room. Breakfast was low in stock or out of food and drinks.'

'Ron and everyone there treats you right. It was an excellent place to stay. I couldn't really ask for more. Room was very clean. AC worked well. Breakfast was good. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend.'

'The employees were wonderful - very nice but remained professional. The hotel was clean, as was my room. The bed was super comfy. The microwave table didn't turn and the staff made a note to get it replaced. I used the one in the breakfast bar to microwave my frozen dinner I'd brought with me so not a big deal. I do suggest to replace sheets that are torn and don't stay secure to the mattress corners. If not for those things I'd give 5 stars. I would stay there again.'

'Pleasant stay'

'We have used this property multiple times. Convenient and close to Bradley Fair area. Amenities appear to gradually decrease each time we stay which makes it nothing special anymore but we will continue to use it for its location in the future. Other hotel chains are opening nearby which could change our trajectory..'

'No complaints'

'I was charged an early departure fee even though we checked out at 8pm the evening before our departure date. Why did I get charged when the room was already paid for? It shouldn’t matter if you checked out the evening before, or that next morning. When walking in the door, a note was on the computer that the pool was closed. That should have been noted somewhere online that it was an issue. The carpet had snags and rips along with the furniture in the room. The key code on the outer doors...

'The room was clean and maintained well during my stay. The breakfast was fresh and the variety was great. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was an ADA room. The only downside was it had a bathtub rather than a walk in shower.'
