The house itself was amazing, very clean, modern, and the layout was great.When we checked in, we noticed that the showerhead attachment in the master bathroom was broken. So there wasn’t a working showerhead in the master shower unless you held the attachment over your head. I notified the property manager right away and sent pictures. They said that a handyman would be over at 6:30 pm. I told the property manager that we would not be home at that time but that the handyman could let himself in using the door code. I was later told that the handyman could not make it and that somebody would be by at 9:00 the next morning. When the handyman came the next day, he couldn't fix the issue because he said the property manager told him that the issue was a shower door handle and that he did not have the part that he needed. I told the property manager again and did not hear from them until later, when they notified me that a handyman had gone by earlier and left a note, without us knowing. Had the property manager told me ahead of time that somebody was going by like they did the day before, I would have again told them to let the handyman in using the code. Therefore, during the entirety of our stay, six of us used the second bathroom to shower.Lastly, the neighborhood that this house is in is not good. There is low income housing surrounding this house and the occupants of those houses made a lot of noise late into the night. For that reason alone, I would not stay here again
