'I did show up late, and they had given my room
away and tacked a fee on. Even tho I did not have the equivalent accommodations of the room I booked… I must say they made it right. When the young lady that checked me in got finished giving me comps to try and compensate, I could no longer complain!! My loss turned out to not be a loss. So I’m thankful for that!! But other than that, the location is top tier!! The hotel is nice and all the extras that come with it. I would absolutely stay there...

'The location of hotel is excellent but would not stay again. The lobby was nice although both mornings the coffee was gone. The 2 free drinks a night was nice and bar tender was friendly.
The room was disappointing. It smelled musty, we were unable to adjust air. The pullout had no sheets and mattress was stained. The sheets were stiff. The living space was dark. Two lamps did not work.'

'The staff was super friendly. The hotel could use a little work because the wall paper is peeling in the halls and you can see some bad wall patch jobs on the walls in the halls. But if you can look past that like we did. The place is great. The door man was friendly and super nice. There was a man playing the piano in the lobby in the evening. They had cheese and fruit trays in the lobby. The beds creaked but were comfy. There were two parking garages close. The curtains are black out...

'The hotel is right on the river front which was nice as there were plenty of good restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was clean and well appointed and the pillows weren't flat! Another plus, free Klondike bars in the kitchens freezer. Nice touch.'

'Het hotel ligt heel gunstig. Straat oversteken, trapje naar beneden en je stast in River Street aan het water. Badkamer is niet groot. Wel een kleine keuken. Bedden zijn smal. Ontbijt is goed. '

'The hotel was very nice overall. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very dated and dim but clean. The location was the best amenity.
Our room was described as a two queen balcony river view, which saying it had a balcony was a stretch. The balcony was so tiny and had loose wood. It felt unsafe with even one person on it, and there was no room for more than one or even a chair. There are were inexplicably soft boards right inside the balcony door, which you had to pass to get to the bathroom....

'This looks like a hotel from a horror movie. The actual bed is the only thing I would rate a 5. The other furniture is outdated an worn. The carpet needs a deep clean, the paint is past it's life span. Breakfast was, well, plain and simple. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever go again.'
