'The property was nice but the people above me were stumping the entire night and when I tried to call down to the front desk no one ever answered was around 3:00, something in the morning and went on for about an hour. They also had a baby that was screaming at the top of their lungs.'

The door trim in the restroom was dirty, there were paint stains on the wall in the restroom behind the door.'

'The staff was excellent. The hotel was clean but the ac in our room gave off a slight smell of mold. The ac was set at 78 and it was raining in Houston, so one can expect the room to be initially damp. However, all through the night I was coughing. At a minimum, the ac needs to be cleaned and the filter exchanged.'

'The hotel was in a convenient location. Parking wasn't bad and we were in walking distance to restaurants and gas stations. The hotel had that fresh new hotel scent (iykyk). The receptionist were very nice and helpful. My room refrigerator did not work. I called to the front desk hours before the maintenance guy came to fix the refrigerator.There was no point to come in my room to fix the refrigerator when we were leaving in the morning. The a/c unit is old, not on the wall it's underneath the...

'Everthing was wonderful. Excellent courtesy breakfast. Towels by the pool, safe parking lot. Located near where we wanted to be. The staff was, without exception, patient, efficient, well informed and truly pleasant and friendly. Kitchen well equipped. we had small children and having a kitchen and a pool is important to us.'

'Our car got damaged in the parking lot at this hotel and the staff people gave us conflicting stories of what happened to our vehicle through the video. We paid 500$ for repair. Staff acts like they are being useful here but are not even helpful. Communication is poor.'
