"This hotel is beautiful! From the lobby all the way up to the rooftop pool, everything is designed with attention to detail and a subtle reference to the Thaibox tradition. The staff goes above and beyond to fulfill all your needs and wishes. They are so thoughtful and work so hard just to give you the best experience. And all this with the biggest and most genuine smile ever! The breakfast has an incredible variety and features a pancake station, noodlebar, extensive egg menu, traditional Thai dishes, dimsum, a selection of Indian dishes, a salad bar, bread and charcuterie, oatmeal, cereal, yoghurt and fresh fruits, juices and even icecream. We didn’t like the way they cooked the eggs, but there were so many other options that were fantastic. The rooms are spacious and the beds fantastic! The only issue for us was that the wardrobe space is rather limited and was too small for us because we came for 2 weeks and had a lot of clothing to hang. But the staff had that problem fixed for us in no time rolling in a portable clothing rack with drawers. As we don’t remember all the names of the wonderful staff members that made us smile every day, we don’t want to name the ones we do remember, but we want to thank all staff members of the hotel for their kindness and hard work and for making our vacation memorable! "

Op de kamer is een kluisje en een klein koelkastje. Het hotel was heerlijk schoon. Om de 3 dag krijg je schone lakens, en iedere dag schone handdoeken. Helaas zaten wij aan de achterkant van het hotel, waar je directe inkijk in de kamer heb van een ander hotel Ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en een ruime zitgelegenheid zowel binnen als buiten. Het zwembad loopt door de gehele tuin, en er staan genoeg bedjes en stoelen, ook is er een handoek-servies. Aan de voorkant van het hotel is ook nog een bijbehorende beach club waar je vrij gebruik van kan maken. Op het strand voor het hotel worden strandbedjes verhuur, 200 Baht voor 2 bedjes en een parasol. Het hotel zit op loopafstand van veel eetgelegenheden en bars Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van de taxi-service van en naar het locale vliegveld, dit is prima geregeld. "Het is een prachtig hotel. De kamers zijn aan de kleine kant. Het is er druk. Omdat het een groot hotel is betekent dat ook vrij weinig rust. Een ligbedje vinden is een dagtaak. Prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding klopt niet. Ligging is opzich ideaal als je in patong wilt zitten maar niet tussen de drukte. Met een kleine 10 minuten ben je midden in de stad. Ik raad dit hotel echter niet aan. Veel te veel geld voor wat je krijgt. Het eten is er bizar slecht. "
