« this property is not a hotel, it's a simple guest house in a very congested busy rough area. The Bungalow location is very hidden no signboards, and no one in the area knows about this hotel where about. I spend 20-30mins trying to locate this property, was scared of the area, and still asked 4 people for the direction of this site but no one knows. I have to book another property to stay and paid more. I will suggest avoiding this property and paying a little bit more and booking near the city...

« Unsafe area, pictures are not honest, this hotel should not even be listed on any website, it’s rated as a 3 star, when it shouldn’t be a 1 star. Washroom was filthy, sink drains onto the same floor where one takes a shower, which is right next to the toilet, no separation whatsoever. The shower water leaks into the room. There was no hot water, and it could apparently not be fixed. The door lock was broken and we were told it could only be fixed the next day, so we had to insist to get it fixed...

« The hotel's central location was a highlight, and the staff were friendly. However, the buffet breakfast was disappointing – very basic with limited options. The room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was problematic: no hot water despite multiple requests, and the basin was quite wobbly. »
