Nice home in Olpenitz with sauna

Named after the surfers' oasis on Australia's Gold Coast, the Surfers Paradise holiday home offers a relaxed beach house and surfer atmosphere. A relaxed lightness with beach house flair runs through the entire property, holiday feeling guaranteed. Sun and water as far as the eye can see. This property has a terrace directly on the Schlei on every level. The highlight: the large roof terrace with all-day sun.



The light-flooded living and dining area is located on the ground floor and impresses with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views of the Schlei. From here you have direct access to the adjoining terrace. This terrace boasts a south-west orientation and marvellous sunsets



The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, fully equipped for complete holiday comfort.



The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. Finnish sauna, whirlpool bath and wood-burning stove promise comfort at any time of year.



The relaxation area of the holiday home is located on the first floor. Guests can fall asleep in two bedrooms and wake up to a view of the water. The master bedroom faces the Schlei and is furnished with a double bed. While enjoying a morning coffee on the adjoining terrace, you can watch ducks, geese and oystercatchers wake up while the reeds from the banks of the Schlei sway gently in the wind. The second bedroom offers a view of the marina and has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together.



The bathroom with harbour view is also on this level. A Finnish sauna with a view of the harbour and a whirlpool tub will make your spa heart beat faster.



A guest WC is also located on the ground floor.



The highlight of this holiday home is the roof terrace with all-round water views. A phenomenal view with all-day sunshine is guaranteed here.

Directly in front of the house there is a parking space and a bicycle shed.
