The white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort is within walking distance. Long walks on the beach and sunbathing are therefore part of the wellness programme.



Surrounded by a green area that invites you to laze around as well as play and run around, BLUE OCEAN is located on the ground floor and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday by the water.



The open-plan living and dining area with adjoining terrace faces south and guarantees sun all day long. The large, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the living area with light and offer a magnificent view of the ever-bustling sailing harbour. The terrace is the highlight of this holiday apartment. Uniquely situated right on the edge of the spacious harbour basin, there is nowhere else to spend your holiday closer to the water than here. Water cinema without end!

Modern and classically furnished, with a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a double bed in just a few simple steps, you are guaranteed to feel good and relax from the very first moment. A TV is available here in case you want to interrupt the breathtaking water programme.



The integrated kitchen is perfectly equipped and cooking together is great fun. Enjoy the finished delicacies on the terrace with a panoramic view of the sailing boats coming and going or enjoy a cosy barbecue. This is pure holiday.



The wonderful view from BLUE OCEAN continues in the bedrooms. In both the bedroom with a double bed and the bedroom with two single beds, you will be spoilt with a fantastic view of the Schlei. The spacious bathroom has a shower bath and an infrared sauna in addition to all the useful amenities.
