Situated high above the water, the view through floor-to-ceiling windows as you enter the apartment is not only of the marina and the floating houses, but also of the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord and the Schleimünde lighthouse. Sailing boats, seagulls and beautiful sunsets guarantee a real holiday feeling.

The holiday apartment is flooded with light, equipped to a high standard and furnished in a modern style. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can conjure up delicious holiday meals or spend cosy barbecue evenings on the balcony with a view of the water. You can also watch passing sailing ships entering the Baltic Sea from the entire living and dining area. The idyllic landscape of the Schlei nature reserve offers closeness to nature and a break away from everyday life. Should the weather be grey and

the view from the windows is grey, you can simply end the day on the comfortable living area in front of the TV.



The spacious bedroom, which is furnished with a comfortable double bed, allows for a restful holiday sleep. There is an additional TV with Telekom Home Entertainment programme for cosy movie nights. The pull-out sofa bed in the living area offers another place to sleep.

The residential and commercial building was built in Scandinavian style. The apartments can be reached from the outside via the arcades or alternatively conveniently via the lift. The holiday apartment is also designed to be barrier-free and has a large walk-in shower. Romantics take noteThe underfloor heating throughout the apartment promises comfort at any time of year.
