Great views ! Ocean & whales(wow) partially visible due to stand of Norfolk pines on course. Great walking path behind unit; also used by carts when course is open. Closed Feb 2026 for restoration. Lanai is a wonderful place for breakfast. Parking spot above the unit very convenient & close. Pool area close by. Big TV in each room. Nice collection of beach gear to relax, snorkel, sand play Multiple Issues: Communications with CBRE staff problematic. Usually responded quickly to texts with polite language but then sometimes had to wait a day or 2 or more until work was done. After long day of travel, wanted to do load of wash. The washer leaked onto the unit master bath floor. No drip pan. NO sign on washer saying do not use. Check-in email did warn of this broken washer but the short msg not bolded and was after a long weather / fire warning at top of email. We assumed, our fault, that weather / fire danger msg was important part & didn't read entire long msg, our fault. For this & another issue we were told the fix would be quick but then was delayed. Another issue was lack of a working light in guest room closet. For retired folks, we need more light & using bathroom light nearby was not enough. It took quite some time to get it fixed, again longer than the original time given. Lastly, guest bath exhaust fan stuck ON & very loud. Couldn't sleep with it. Fix was to shut off breaker and lose lights too. Never fixed. Nice place but not worth it. Disappointed!
