DUE TO THE INCONVENIENCE OF THIS, WE HAVE DISCOUNTED OUR NORMAL RATE OF $349 PER NIGHT TO $265 PER NIGHT DURING THIS TIME PERIOD ONLY. CONSTRUCTION WILL BE FROM 9AM TO 3PM DAILY. Spend the day at the beach within steps on the unit. If you are truly fortunate, a viewing of a monk seal on the beach, is a treat. Although the unit does not have air conditioning, it does have new ceiling fans throughout, including on the lanai, when a bit of additional cooling is desired. Comfortable lanai chairs and table for the total experience of living in a tropical paradise.

Parking is just a few feet from your front door providing ease of access for all. No stairs necessary to enter unit.
