The property is well appointed with comfortable beds, large bathroom, outside seating, utensils, television, WIFI, small appliances and beach accessories. The beach is close at hand as is the pool and hot tub. Check in is a breeze with the on site key lock box providing immediate access to the room. Shopping and decent restaurants are within easy walking distance. All good.
Parking is a real problem, largely due to carelessness of people not paying attention to the lines of their selected space. The facility should provide well worded reminders to offenders. The room is a bit cramped. The TV could easily be hung on the wall to provide space for the large coffee maker freeing up much needed counter space. There is adaquate space to put in a larger dresser for folded cloths. Finally, there is no stopper for the kitchenette sink wasting water to do dishes, the is no stopper in the bath sink causing a big concern for those who wash gas perm contact lenses daily and, the BBQ grills [the only way to cook] are in disrepair and filthy.
All that said we do consider this property a good value and recommend it a viable alternative. Note: the $500 security deposit is paid immediately when reserving the property but has yet to be refunded even though we left the property better than we found it.
