'The view of Mt. Fuji from our balcony was amazing each morning and was the highlight of our vacation. Pros: The private onsen, sauna, size of unit, 2 toilets, 2 showers, quiet location (on Lake Ashi) across from 7-eleven and where Pirate ship would dock, bathroom amenities provided, kitchen with tools to cook. 'The room was good, it’s a bit small but functional. The location is excellent, so for first time visitors it’s a good place to start.'

'Location is close to a major train station, shops and restaurants. Aesthetics of the room is 👍 but the space is a little cramp especially if you max the occupancy. Cute kitchenette with complete amenities but no place to sit and enjoy your meal. Staff are all nice and polite- very efficient check in and out.'

'Ik had een kamer geboekt voor mijn gezin, 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Echter bestaan dit soort kamers helemaal niet. De kamer die wij kregen was te klein met een bedje van 120x180. Daar kun je niet met 4 mensen in slapen. Ik heb een extra kamer moeten nemen en daar kosten voor moeten maken. Ik mag aannemen dat Expedia deze kosten gaat vergoeden. '

'純和風のコテージといった雰囲気で、子どもの頃に住んでいた家を思い出しました。バリアフリーではなく高齢者向けではありません。1泊の利用でしたが、もう少し長く滞在した方がもっと堪能できたのではないかと思います。お近くの商店さんがもう少し遅くまで営業されていたらよかったなぁと、その点が残念なところです。スタッフさんの対応は満足です。'
