'We were in KC for a Cheer Competition. This location worked great! Lots of local option for food/coffee/groceries/Dollar Store (for any items needed or forgotten) and 15-20 minutes to The Convention Center. House worked great for 8 adults and 5 teens. The adults each had our own room and there was enough room in the living space to put the teens. House was clean and everything worked fine. 'From the beginning, the communication with Boris was great. He was always quick to respond.The property was perfect for our needs. The pictures of the outside of the property were a little deceiving. "Het hotel ligt opzich op een goeie plek. Met de auto ben je overal vrij snel. Alleen de accomodatie zelf heeft een flinke opknapbeurt nodig. Onze kamer was netjes en schoon maar de rest van het pand is behoorlijk in verval. Het zwembad was onbruikbaar, wat ze naar mijn mening wel moeten repareren.ontbijt was heel karig en smakeloos.
