« Excellent, friendly staff from the cleaners to the friend desk. They beat the Taj and the Ritz Carlton . It is a new property and pretty well done everything. Quality shower bathroom fittings, firm bed, sheets. Excellent tasty breakfast beats the 5star hotels. Every one has a smile on their face when they see you and go above and beyond. Hope they keep up like it is now and we will have an affordable nice hotel across from Lulu mall. »

« I stayed at the Artiste for four nights. The hotel arranged seamless transfer from the airport. All reception staff (especially Abhirami) and all staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and courteous. I had breakfast and dinner at the hotel's restaurant, booked at the time of booking the room (this made it very good value).  Every meal (in a buffet arrangement) that I had was excellent, the cooks were only to happy to make things to order. « 2 nuits réservées pour nous rapprocher de l’aéroport de Cochin. Séjour agréable, à l’arrivée le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients. On a eu un Check out tardif sans frais, vraiment très appréciable. Très bonne literie, chambre spacieuse, spa qui mérite de s’y attarder.. Points négatifs cependant pour la piscine, manque d’entretien et pas très propre et le service très lent au restaurant quand on commande à la carte .. mais je le conseille tout de même pour le rapport...
