The house was great! The "garage" has a rock climbing wall, basketball, corn hole, ping pong, pickleball...and the fastest slide you have ever been on (warning signs at both top and bottom). The hosts were responsive and helpful. There are QR codes posted throughout to answer questions. plenty of parking. 5 things to note (these won't change if I booked again, which I hope to in the future, but could improve the experience for others if you are aware in advance): 1. heated pool is closed in winter months. 2. living area/kitchen is on 2nd level with only stair access (difficult for people with knee issues or disabilities). 3. main level is large open space and noise carries and can make it difficult to hear (my 86 y/o grandma couldn't wear her hearing aids because of the reverberations) - in hindsight I would drape blankets over the stair railings to help the acoustics. 4. the 3rd floor bedrooms are over the garage and late sleepers may be disrupted by early morning basketball noise. 5. the kids play room (not meaning the garage) is on the 1st floor under the stairs, away from the main space. For small kids to be down there I would recommend bringing a baby monitor so you can keep an eye on them while adults are up in the main area. These minor inconveniences did not take away from our stay and it was overall very lovely. I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to explore this part of southern Utah!

The kitchen was large and well equipped. The pickleball court, basketball hoop, pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the entire family. The bedrooms were comfortable. The living space was large enough for everyone to enjoy visiting and games. We had a wonderful time.

What a great house to spend time with friends in between hikes and sight seeing. Lots of room for everyone. The slide was the biggest hit for all our kids. We had 6 adults, 11 children. The pool was nice and toasty as well. We loved having access to all the cookingware available. Made for easy meals throughout the day. Thank you Jess!

The addition of the Pool has really set this property to perfection! This place has Indoor Basketball, Indoor Pickleball, Jacuzzi, and a New Pool! They also have spike-ball, corn hole, and ping-pong. This is 3 stories via stairs, so lots of space for gathering or quiet down-time. There is plenty of room to park multiple cars and this property is in a spread out neighborhood, which is nice! There are also hiking trailheads just around the corner: Bunting Trail and Cottonwood Trail.Amazing Place to Stay, Highly Recommend!

Our family group of 22 had plenty of room. The fridge and freezer were both large enough to accommodate all our food needs for 4 days. The indoor pickleball court, ping pong, in door slide, outdoor pool, hot tub and junior climbing wall were well used.

BETTER than you can IMAGINE!

Wow! The first 10 minutes were spent wandering around the house in amazement. We knew we were getting a great place but pictures do not do this place justice. Some houses are 5 stars because nothing is wrong, but this house deserves an extra 5 stars for everything right. Everything is high quality. Perfect house for a friend getaway

Great place for our spring break trip!

This property was fantastic for our group of teens and adults traveling for a senior spring break. The house had all the amenities to keep a group of active young men (and their parents) busy. I think the kids were shooting hoops within minutes of our arrival! The well equipped kitchen was perfect for making and eating meals together with plenty of space for everyone. The home's location was also a great launching pad for day trips to Zion, Bryce, and Antelope Canyon. I'd love to visit again and explore more of the area!

Amazing!

The house has EVERY amenity and more than you could ever hope for. Secret passages, bathrooms in every bedroom, multiple TV rooms, games galore, layout of the kitchen was efficient and inviting. The giant refrigerator, wow! Perfect for a large gathering. An ice machine, double dishwashers, multiple small appliances, honestly I can’t think of an amenity that wasn’t available. The layout of the residence makes for a communal visit, yet everyone has a personal space to retreat to, when needed.
