« Had 1 time problem being locked out of house which took about 30 minutes to resolve. Once we were able to make phone contact with property manager, it was resolved in a couple of minutes. Recommend leaving phone contact for such issues. Outdoor deck was littered with tree debris and patio table had to be cleaned off. Understandable with where property is situated. Recommend a large broom and/or electric blower be available for use. »
