Situé à moins de 1 à 3 miles de certaines plages célèbres, Magic Sands, Banyans et Downtown Kona. Quartier calme et sûr. Pendant le surf, écoutez le rugissement des vagues d'ici. The house was amazing, exceeded our expectations, it was extremely clean and tidy. We spent most of our time outside in the pool area, I’d say about 80% of the time because it’s such a nice area for family and friends!

Had a wonderful time. My 90 year old mother loved the walk-in pool. Thanks to Pauley, he was so helpful getting her up and down the stairs when needed. He was a great on-site host. Plan to return again...

Loved the pool my kids had such a good time! The sunsets were amazing and all the birds lizards and occasional visit from a black cat drinking from the pool early morning was so wonderful. I really enjoyed walking the neighborhood at night and checking out all the unique homes and beautiful lighting of the homes. My daughter even found a free little library on a walk and got a new book. Bring a flashlight though to avoid walking on critters out and about though. The fans inside really helped cool down the place when it was warm. The home is so warm, comfortable, and inviting. Highly recommend this home!

We absolutely fell in love with this home! Its located in a quiet neighborhood near shopping and all the activities you want to enjoy. The pool is amazing and we spent most of our time enjoying it soaking up the sun!

This rental spot was exactly what my family needed. This home was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the Aloha of Hawaii. I would gladly return and stay again. Thank you to the owners from the gift of their home. We are very grateful. I would strongly recommend this rental to others. Comfy beds, good kitchen and a gorgeous pool are my three favorites of this property.

Our family recently stayed here during our trip to the Big Island, and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.The absolute highlight for us was the private pool. We spent countless hours swimming, relaxing, and making memories together. Whether it was starting the day with a morning swim or winding down in the evening after exploring the island, the pool quickly became everyone's favorite spot.We also loved how peaceful and private the property felt. It gave us the perfect place to slow down, reconnect as a family, and enjoy the beauty of Hawaii. Some of our favorite memories from the trip happened right at the house—sharing meals, laughing by the pool, and simply enjoying being together.It's rare to find a vacation rental that feels both luxurious and welcoming, but this one truly did. We left with amazing memories and already find ourselves talking about when we can come back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home base for our Big Island adventure!

Our Hostess & on-site host were very kind & friendly. Nice people always make the experience great. The house was very comfortable with all you need to relax, cook, just live. The location was perfect: central location for Kailua-Kona coastline, as well as for going North & South for site seeing. Love love loved this place. If we’d never left the house, we were in paradise. Beds were comfortable & pool and deck were fabulous.

We absolutely loved our stay at Annie's Hale! The backyard and pool was a great way to relax and unwind after a day of exploring and hiking. We love to cook and this house has a lot of great cooking equipment and a wonderful grill. The beds were comfortable and the house provided such a relaxing environment for our trip. We will come back!

Sweet Oasis!

Our whole family loved this island oasis! From the amazing pool our kids spent hours in to the well stocked and comfortable home everything wad perfect.

As local Hawai’i residents we were stoked with Annie’s house in Kailua-Kona! It was close to stores and restaurants and the pool was a huge plus! We cannot wait to return for our next girls trip 😍

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's place! It was well equipped with everything we needed, including all cooking utensils needed for meal and a beautiful pool/outdoor area to hang out in! There were six of us in our group and there was plenty of space! Being Canadians it was quite hot with no AC, but there were plenty of fans to help keep the place cool! The location was great, close to the beach and must see sights. Highly recommend to anyone staying in Kona! Thank you Annie!

Perfect house

Perfect house for our family of 4. Kids loved the pool and we enjoyed proximity to the city, beaches, and restaurants. Host was super friendly and responsive. Would Book again if we find ourselves back on the island.

Wonderful Trip to the Big Island

We had a great trip to the big island, and Anne was a wonderful host. The house was great and the pool was amazing! The house is in a great neighborhood and its a very short drive to downtown Kona and several nearby grocery stores. We can't wait to visit again!

Wonderful stay

A lovely home in a lovely and convenient location. No AC was a little tricky but fans are well placed and very helpful. Easy stay to get around the BI and would highly recommend. Home is well stocked for outings and the pool was such a treat!

The Grotto

We loved this property! The back yard/pool area is delightful. A perfect place to relax and gear up for adventures. Anne was a wonderful host. She has the sweetest dog and was flexible with our departure time. Would love to visit again.
