'Wasn’t Gods stay. Firstly they said don’t have booking confirmation, secondly no car parking space (parked car outside the hotel), thirdly no wifi ( said its not working ) and finally rude front desk staff.'

'Shambala is a quiet plantation stay a few kilometers away from Yercaud Lake and the other busy tourist areas. The manager, Mr. Ravi, front desk manager, Jayaram, Chef Sundar and the restaurant and maintenance staff all personally attend to you and offer really great service. The place is clean and well maintained, and there is wifi even inside the rooms.'
