Nous sommes ravis d’offrir ce magnifique condo au rez-de-chaussée avec 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain pour votre prochain séjour au paradis. Cette unité est située dans Kui'lima Estates West, qui est située au Turtle Bay Resort sur la célèbre côte nord d'Oahu. Profitez de la vie de la station sans payer des prix chers! Avec une atmosphère décontractée, nous souhaitons que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous pendant votre séjour parmi nous. Une belle piscine, des barbecues et des courts de tennis se trouvent juste devant votre porte, tandis que la plage, deux parcours de golf de championnat (Arnold Palmer et George Fazio), le spa Nalu Kinetic, plusieurs restaurants (le bar et grill Lei Lei, le Beach House Roy, le grill Kula) , Le restaurant gastronomique Pa`akai, le bar Surf) et un bar au bord de la piscine se trouvent à seulement 5 minutes à pied.

Amazing!
This was a three day business trip. I had a small hiccup when I arrived at the unit (I arrived at 9 pm local time). I contacted Sophia and she responded right away and let than 15 minutes later she was at the unit taking care of everything. Sophia answered every question I had right away. One of the property pools is right across the street from the unit. Perfect location. GREAT host.

Great location
The property is located near many of the beaches and had easy access in and out of the condo area. Be prepared to rent or purchase beach stuff. The condo had no useful beach equipment. Great stay and met the purpose of our stay. Thank you

Great Turtle Bay location
Unit is in a very nice location. Laie and Sunset Beach are minutes away. The condo made for a very comfortable stay. Had a great time. Could not get used to where theight switches are other than that it was a great place to stay.

Great location a short walk to the main hotel and beach. Snorkeling in the cove saw two octopus and a sea turtle. Pull out couch a little bumpy but GREAT stay!!

Good location
It was a good location as we had family renting other units nearby and the pool was across the street from the patio. The lighting needs more wattage, rooms were not bright enough except for the kitchen. Could walk to beach at Turtle Bay resort. Did not have any occasion to contact property manager so rated that as o.k.

It was a nice condo that needs a little maintenance to make it nicer. Tub isn’t well supported. Hall, bedroom, bathroom lighting dim. Kitchen closet bifold doors annoying to close. Bathroom fan and air conditioners loud but we got used to it. It was very nice to have beach towels provided. Bedding and towels were nice and comfortable. Nice 10 min walk to beach. Foodland grocery store in Laie about 15 minutes away. Kahuku superette a little closer and had alcohol but no deli. Wish we would have purchased cheap beach chairs and we would have left them. Overall, we were pleased with the condo.

A week in Oahu
My husband and I enjoyed a week at this North Shore condo. Check-in was easy and there was an assigned parking spot close to the unit. You have to go up a small flight of stairs from the parking lot and then down a small flight of stairs into the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans to prepare meals. The bathroom had nice towels and hot water. (There was body soap but no shampoo or conditioner.) The fan in the bathroom is quite loud and the fiberglass shower/tub does not have the proper support so it feels squishy when you stand on it. The queen bed was comfortable enough and the pillows and bed linens were good. The AC unit in the bedroom was a little loud but we didn't mind it. The walls are quite thin so you can easily hear your neighbors and people out by the pool. Luckily we had a pretty quiet week so it wasn't an issue. The washer and dryer both worked well and were convenient to have. The unit really needs more lighting in the dining area but overall everything was fine and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. We loved being able to walk to the beach and resort.

A little home away from home
I know some reviews complain about the outdated-ness of this property HOWEVER everything was exactly how it was pictures. There were no surprises with the property. It’s conveniently located next to a bunch of food options. Pools and beaches nearby. Less touristy than some places. The only thing I would add is that the security said we didn’t need a parking pass (it’s in the process of being handed down?) and that if we parked in the assigned stall we were fine. Not a huge inconvenience to go track someone down but was kind of nerve wracking that the info was unclear. It was fine in the end and we enjoyed our stay. Ample amounts of dishes and silverware if needed. We had an unexpected power outage that impacted a lot of the north side and the host was quick and informative with responses. Staff at the place were generous with things to do while we waited out the outage. We’d definitely book again.

We had the best time! The location is beautiful! The ad represented the property perfectly! Everyone we met here were wonderful. Check in was simple and had no issues at all. We were even able to stay an extra day. Our host was very gracious. Thank you for opening your place to us!!!

Waren etwas enttäuscht vo der wohnung selbst
Die Lage ist gut und die Anlage sehr ruhig. Kein eigener Strandzugang. Leider ist die Wohnung schon etwas abgewohnt. Sie könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Die Teppiche die überall in der Wohnung liegen, sehen schon sehr unhygienisch aus. Als wir die Besitzerin diesbezüglich angeschtieben haben, meinte sie dass eine Teppichreinigung 2 Tage nach unserer Abreise vorgesehen sei. Aber wir denken, dass es mit einer Teppichreinigung nicht erledigt ist, dass die Wohnung schon etwas verwohnt aussieht und riecht. Es war sehr schön, dass einige Dinge wie Wc Papier, Küchenrolle, spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel vorhanden waren. Vielen Dank dafür.

Quite and Relaxing
What an awesome and beautiful location. Away from the busy city. We loved that it was so close to the beach at turtle bay and the amenities. Everything was a close drive away. Lots of beaches, the Polynesian Cultural Center, grocery store, waterfalls, everything was perfect. This was a great place for the cost.

Lovely North Shore stay
Check in process was very smooth. The condo was as listed and very clean. There are 2 air conditioners, but we didn't really need it due the breeze. It was so convenient to have laundry in the condo, but it was low on detergent. As others have stated, the lighting could be better as it was very dim. We discovered on our last day that the dishwasher did not work, or we just couldn't figure out how to use it. Our friends stayed at a condo just a few doors down, and had the same issue. Although they paid slightly less than we did, this condo was much more updated, comfortable, inviting, had better furniture and more amenities, and a more responsive owner. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice area, but unit needs updating
Positives, it was close walk to beaches over by Turtle Bay and was nice that thick beach towels were provided. The condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Overall, but is in serious need of an updating, and needs to have all of the lighting redone. New and working lightbulbs, it was so dark at night with the minimal lights all on, could barely see. Some lightbulbs were burned out or missing or just not strong enough to even read a book anywhere in the condo. The tv was so small we could barely see or hear it from across the room. Went by 3 times in 2 days to try to get a parking pass but no one was ever there. Needed code to access the pool, which wasn’t provided. The bed sheets were thin and curtains could be replaced, and the bathroom fan should be cleaned and or replaced because it sounded like it was on its last legs. Photos on the listing are misleading because it has a lot of photos of Turtle Bay, but it is clearly Turtle Bay adjacent. After paying so much for host and cleaning fees, it seemed like a lot that we were asked to wash dishes, empty trash, wash the sheets and towels. There weren’t enough towels provided (for 3 people), and only one tiny kitchen towel, so we used beach towels for the shower and paper towels for the dishes. It wouldn’t take much to drastically improve the feel of the condo with better lighting and a couple small fixes.

Beautiful area, not our favorite property
This property is not in the best shape. The cabinetry and bathroom door had water damage. The shower insert is weak and you feel like you're going to fall through the floor when standing in. The carpet was old and dingy. There was only a small lamp in the bedroom. The A/C in the living room had a hard time cooling it off. The pull-out mattress was stained and so thin there was no way to sleep on it, so we used the air mattress in the closet, but it deflated every few hours. The place has potential but needs some TLC.

Nice little condo
This is a clean, mostly well-kept unit, in a beautiful resort setting. Pros-nice North Shore location, gated, nice walks and resort amenities nearby, best set-up kitchen we've been to in a while. Some things we didn't like as much: Outside noise made it less than peaceful. Twice the upstairs rental was moved in to after midnight, lots of luggage going upstairs and rolled on floor; first night was drunks talking loud near pool at 1:30AM; loud groups talking at 3AM; upstairs units AC is about a foot from the bedroom window, so you hear that going on and off all night. Pool is very near, so you will hear kids playing all day into evening. Neighboring balcony woman liked to talk on speaker phone loud enough to be understood for hours at a time. Maybe if you are used to apartment living these won't bother you. Unit desperately needs more lighting. No lights at all over dining table. Entire LR only has two weak lamps. Kitchen has bulbs out and no hood light. Really no beach gear at all. I know they can't promise any, but this unit has less than the last 10 Hawaiian rentals we've used. Is a couple chairs and an umbrella too much to ask for? Mattress is less than ideal. A nice unit should have a better bed and mattress. I have written more about the bad things not because they outweigh the good, but because they need more description and clarification.

Great spot for North shore
Property is nice, clean, close to beach and great restaurants (Roy’s Beach House). Stayed on north shore all four times I’ve been to Oahu this is now my favorite will definitely be back!
