Great location. Comfortable and friendly staff. We had a water pressure issue with the guest shower and the shower head was replaced the same day I inquired about it, and we didn’t have to be there! We left and went to the beach and it was fixed when we returned. Pool and food truck were great for us and our daughter who’s 9 and is always hungry! Lots of great places nearby as well.

We had an amazing time during our visit to Maui and the condo at Maui Paradise Properties! So impressive walking through double front entry doors...the wonder was what was waiting for us behind them. This condo did not disappoint. Nicely updated with gorgeous hard surface floors, tile bathrooms, huge comfy sectional sofa and a well appointed kitchen. They even had beach chairs and a cooler for us! Super clean!! We had never stayed at such a high floor level and this one, on the 10th floor, was amazing! Lovely water view from the lanai, and even a mountain view, as well. We will definitely be booking here again on our next Maui visit. Mahalo and Aloha!!

This condo was beautiful. It was large with views to east west and north. The kitchen was well stocked. The refrigerator is large with a water and ice dispenser. The AC worked great. Washer and dryer worked well. The kids had their own bathroom and shower as did we. The pool and BBQ area were perfect with a view to the ocean and steps from the beach. The food truck at the pool was so convenient with the best acai bowl I have ever had. I recommend this condo and will stay again!

My kids and I had a great stay at this property. The apartment matched the photos and description very well. The host was also very attentive.The view from this apartment is amazing. It’s up on the 10th floor of 12 and you can see for miles. One side of the apartment has a good view of the ocean and the other a view of the island interior. The cabinets are well stocked with dishes, they had hotel style soap, conditioner, and shampoo bottles mounted in each shower, and provided, and I appreciated coffee supplies for my first morning without having to ship the night of arrival.The only knock I really have for this property is the seals on the front door and windows. It was very for most of our stay and the wind would literally whistle through the front door and windows only that side. It wasn’t a big deal when sleeping; the closed bedroom doors were enough to block the sound at night. It was just a bit annoying when talking in the kitchen and it’d be howling. All in all, this was a minor issue, and still worth the stay.

Perfect location and plenty of room

Family vacation of 5 adults, perfect location and comfortable for all of us. Loved all the amenities and loved ocean views every morning and watching sunset at pool right near the beach.

Penthouse quality- perfect location

We loved our stay at this property. Great starting point to explore different parts of the island, and return for beautiful sunsets every night at the beach/pool. Host very friendly and proactive in communication. Loved our stay, we will be back.

Great Spot

Great spot close to everything. Plenty of beaches, shops and restaurants within walking distance. 5 min drive to Kaanapali resorts. Will definitely be back.

Never been to Hawaii and this host was so helpful with great suggestions and helpful advice. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this host and this location.

Great Condo in a Great Area!

The condo had everything we needed for our stay! It was clean and comfortable and in a great location, close to everything we needed. We had an issue with the key but communication with the property manager was fast and efficient! I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui!

Beautiful stay in Kahana

This was a great location in Northwest Maui. There is lots of great snorkeling and surfing around that area. The beach was underwater this time of year (winter), but that was communicated to us ahead of time. Regardless, it’s close to a variety of beaches and activities. My family had an awesome trip.

Sun and Fun on Maui

Room was as described in write up. Very good location between Kannapali and Kapalua. Small beach in front of condo and a nice little park with a better beach a short walk away.

Fun in Maui

The barbecue grills were exceptional and well maintained — we used them on numerous occasions! The condo was in a great location for restaurants and shopping! Our party also enjoyed snorkeling off the beach at the condo! The condo itself with nice balcony met our needs very well! The kitchen was well equipped! Overall it was a fun and very good experience!

Awesome place for a quiet Hawaii getaway. A little drive from the major attractions, but worth it, given the price. The apartment is very clean, neat and comfortable. It had everything we needed, even beach chairs and a cooler! The view is amazing! You can see the ocean from several rooms, the view from the balcony is the best! The pool is available for use for free, and it is heated, which was nice. The host was very responsive. Thank you fornthe great stay!

This place had lots of room!

Loved that it had a washer and dryer. We went to get groceries and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were big. My 3 kids fit in one room and hubby and I in the other. It was perfect.

AMAZING

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was quiet, clean and spacious. We truly didn’t want to leave. The beds were sooo comfortable and the air conditioning was a blessing. The manager was quick to respond to allocate my questions. The view was absolutely beautiful. The chairs and noodles were very handy. We will recommend this place to all of our friends and family. Overall, our stay was fantastic. The condo was as described and well appointed with essentials for a comfortable stay. A little outdated, but that isn’t a problem. Primary bed/bath was comfortable. Second bedroom had very firm mattresses. Would have been nice if the two twin beds could be pushed together for another king bed. Gym is musty and could certainly use updating, but this is not held against the condo owner. Only slight negative is that the trade winds create a very loud “whistle” due to the sliding glass door and front door not being air tight. Thankfully, the winds die down in the evenings.

We were very disappointed with our experience at this condo. Upon arrival, it was clear that the unit had not been well cleaned. On top of that, there was a noticeable bug infestation throughout our stay, which made the space feel uncomfortable.The back door did not open or close properly, which caused a constant draft and created a whistle noise. To make things worse, the air conditioning never cooled the unit below 74, making it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably.Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and poor climate control made this stay far below our expectations. Unfortunately, we would not return or recommend this property.
