Its been a tough time for everyone, but we have taken advantage of the down time to make H210 even better!! Duke's, Whalers General Store, pools, gym will be staffed and open!!!
The unit has received a brand new paint job and looks fabulous. Our cleaning team has done a "Deep Cleaning" so that everything looks brand new!! We are complying with the cleaning guidelines sent out from the Maui Tourism Industry.
Our cleaning crew takes care of over 30 units at Honua Kai and may be the best on the island.
Guests are taking advantage of our great rates and filling up the calendar fast.
The new sofa sleeper allows for even more comfort in H210!!

Our unit is on the east side of Hokulani allowing for all the peace and privacy for your Hawaiian vacation!!
With all the upgrades going on at Honua Kai...we decided to join the crowd!! New wood tile flooring and a new sofa sleeper!!

The great news, The Westin construction is completed. The trees along the beach have already been thinned out providing some nice views of the beach and ocean. Great views of the ocean, and the full run of Honua Kai.

Our property manager will cordinate your arrival in the gorgeous lobby and direct you to your unit. He will ensure your vacation gets off to a great start. A Maui resident, he is a great resource to all that Maui has to offer.

This RESORT is the first beachfront condominium complex built on Maui in over 20 years. The grounds are completely landscaped and include a full size pool, hot tubs and Viking gas grills. Other amenities include Ho'ola Spa, fitness center, wireless internet, 60 channels of cable TV and Blu-Ray/DVD/CD player, I-Pod docking station, 52” color LCD TV in living room, 32” color LCD TV in each bedroom, Queen sofa sleeper in living room, 2-zone central air conditioning and full kitchen.
Legendary Duke's Beach House Restaurant has opened their only Maui location at Honua Kai steps from the beach. Whaler's General Store is now open in the Konea Tower for even more options to pick up quick meals and snacks.

A local shopping center is within walking distance and includes restaurants, supermarket, video rentals, dive & snorkel rentals, and other specialty shops. Several oceanside restaurants are also within walking distance. A wonderful gourmet deli and sundries shop (see picture below of 'Aina' market) is located in the lobby on the ground level. The charming port town of Lahaina is a short 10 minute drive away. A boardwalk now connects north and south Ka'anapali beach providing access to additional restaurants and the popular shops at Whaler’s Village in South Ka'anapali beach.

Great Family Getaway

The room layout was great with each bedroom on the opposite side of the unit. we loved how spacious the lanai was and partial ocean view was beautiful. Photos and description are accurate. The property itself is perfect for easy beach access, lots of pools, easy parking, and close to restaurants and shops. We traveled with 4 teenagers and all agree we didn’t want to leave and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful beach getaway

Our family of six had a blast at this resort! Monty, the manager, was quick and responsive to all questions and check in went smoothly. The unit was conveniently located in the H building, near an elevator, and right above the parking garage. It faced outward and allowed for privacy on the lanai. Plenty of space for us to sprawl out, but cozy for us to enjoy movies together in the living area. Pools and beach access were also close by, making sunsets really enjoyable after a long day of exploring the island. Duke’s restaurant was lively and always packed, but we chose to support local businesses and eat at the nearby food trucks and strip mall that had L&L, shave ice, and pizza. Just a little further we found Papi’s Ohana, a small and humble bakery serving the best cinnamon rolls we’ve ever had! The unit was also well stocked with kitchen supplies and spices if you needed to prep any meals. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella. We would love to come back and stay again!

Excellent unit at Honua Kai

This unit was perfect for our family of 4. We've stayed at Honua Kai multiple times and this was the best unit yet. With 2 full masters plus en suites, there was plenty of room for all. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. The property manager (Monty) was very easy to work with and was prompt with responses/fixes. The fridge & freezer actual stopped cooling due to a failed part and Monty had a tech there and fixed within 3hrs, super impressive! Being east facing, the unit is quiet and you get a nice view of the ocean. Will look at staying here again!

Beautiful Honua Kai

This 2nd floor unit is very nice. It came with everything you need and is close to the pools, beach and Duke’s. Two beach umbrellas, 4 beach chairs, 5 boogie boards and snorkel gear made it that much more convenient. AAAA++++

Beautiful complex

The condo was beautiful and the resort was great. Dukes restaurant which is right on site had amazing food and drinks. The boardwalk that runs between the property and the beach was a perfect running/walking trail that runs through many properties

We had a great time in this unit. The property was beautiful, loved the pools. The room was light and airy and clean. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was nicely stocked. There were boogie boards x3 and beach chairs x 4. Communication was great. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great to be Back

Great 10day stay in H210. We always expect the best when stay at Honua Kai properties and never have been disappoint in 6+ times we have stayed at resort. First time with H210 and we were very please. Property manager texted us back immediately with any questions we had. Great stay on Maui. Only recommendation was that the lanai (balcony) furniture may be time to replace a couple of the chairs. It is the vinyl wicker. Still comfortable but just starting to come apart in a few spots. The only complaint I had about Honua Kai Resort is their pool towel dispenser system (Not a H210 issue). I complained to front desk that their machines were not reliable the last couple visits, but they really didn't seem to have a solution for that. Looking forward to our next trip and We will be back

Fantastic resort and condo

We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Check in was a breeze (no waiting at the front desk like in a hotel) and the property manager was extremely responsive. The condo was well stocked and we really appreciated all the extras like beach toys, dishwasher tabs, boogie boards, extra pillows and umbrellas. The property is lovely and well looked after. The pools are clean and heated, with lots of seating.

Beautiful condo with excellent property management.

Month was a rockstar. He was on top of things. Anytime we messaged Monty he responded within minutes! The room had everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. Beach chairs, sand toys, Boogie boards and a cooler. The room is located right off the elevator and close to the stairs. WiFi was great, the beds/sheets were the most comfortable I’ve ever had in a vacation property. We sat on the lanai and watched whales. So crazy. They had two blow up mattresses and a pack and play. Literally everything you could think of. There was also so many extra pillows in the closets. We’ve stayed at other units in Honua Kai and Monty surpassed all our expectations.

Wonderful Resort and Hokulani #210

The Honua Kai is a fantastic family condo complex to relax and enjoy a great vacation. This condo had everything our family of 6 needed from beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, blow up mattresses in closet to lots of glass and plastic glasses and nice dishes. Bring extra sheets if you use the blow up 20" twin mattress. We truly had a great 10 days. The property manager, Monty, was very responsive to our text messages and promptly replaced the weak battery in the door lock when notified. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was very clean and had all conveniences we needed. Plenty of towels, dishes, etc. The location was perfect. We snorkeled right off beach and saw tons of turtles. Perfect sunsets each night. The resort has fabulous grounds and pools, and Dukes restaurant is right on property. I highly recommend this rental. Monty the propery manager was very nice and accommodating.
