'I was quite disappointed. There were many large cobwebs in the room, lots of dust on the dresser, and the drain for the shower was clogged. It was gross to have wading water around my ankles. It was disappointing that there’s a full area where breakfast is sold but unavailable to use otherwise. On a positive note, the breakfast was fabulous and most of the staff were nice.'

'Yes, the facade is nice (art nouveau building), yes, the room is cute, but the service inexistent (we had to ask for toilet paper) and the breakfast buffet not even closed to a 4 stars standard hotel (we bought breakfast somewhere else even though we had payed for it).'

'Rent, fint spa hotel med fine faciliteter. Fantastisk udsigt fra hotelværelse, på trods af vi ikke bestilte med havudsigt. Lækkert, rent og moderne hotelværelse. God pris i forhold til hvad man får. Centralt i Jurmala med utrolig nem adgang til alle spisesteder og tæt på strand. Noget af personalet var utrolig høfligt og hjælpsomme, noget af personalet virkede provokeret når man spurgte dem om noget. Stor, lækker morgenmadsbuffet. God service fra tjenere og køkkenpersonalet.
