Well appointed Jupiter Bay two bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with Screened patio room overlooking a running trail and Carlin park. Beautiful beach is only a 400 yard walk away. Unit was recently renovated and a new marble kitchen counter top and upgraded cabinetry.sports. It also includes newer leather furniture, tile flooring, carpeting in the bedroom and granite bath and shower Flat screen, smart TV's are available in both the family and bedroom (2)area's. along with high speed internet.

The well maintained resort community sports two pools, a hot tub as well as tennis and bocce courts. In the evening enjoy a walk on the beach or around the beautiful lake and waterfall area on the west side of the property. cabanas with picnic tables and outdoor grills. Adjoining Carlin Park has a running track, bocce courts, as well as lit tennis courts and an amphitheater.
All that you could possibly need is just minutes away; shopping, movie theaters, a fitness center and live theater and great restaurants. For more intense shoppers, the Gardens mall and "Downtown" in West Palm Beach are fa short car ride away.

Twenty five minutes away you will find the West Palm Beach Airport and City Place, a very popular shopping, restaurant and night life area. You will also be in close proximity to the Mounts Botanical Garden and Ann Norton Sculpture Gardens. For children you have the Palm Beach Zoo, Lion Country Safari, Rapids Water Park. If you fancy a day trip Orlando and Disneyworld is just over two hours away and Miami is only 90 miles south.
Charter fishing boats are available at the Jupiter inlet as well as cruising boats for those who prefer a lazy cruise up the intra coastal admiring all the beautiful homes and boats and the famous Jupiter lighthouse.
The Roger Dean Stadium is the spring training home of the St. Louis Cardinals and the Florida Marlins. For the golfers we have too many courses to mention including the PGA.

Love Jupiter and this property

Perfect location with plenty of room, modern and clean. Walk out the back patio to be in Garland Park and then across the street to the beach. Two pools on property to choose from. Quiet setting and also hear no noise while you’re in your own condo. Mark was very responsive.

If your spouse likes a comfortable couch for reading or TV, this is a great unit. The location in Jupiter Bay is extremely convenient for walking in Carlin Park or the beach, grocery shopping and restaurants without getting on major highways.

Excellent Experience w/ Jupiter Bay 2BR, 2BA Condo in prime location

We loved our stay in Jupiter Bay! The property description and photos are accurate. I would add that the Carlin Park walking path is literally steps outside the back door entrance off the screened porch. The layout was very suitable for two adult couples to share, with a King bed in the master bdrm with en suite, dual vanity bath w/ sliding door shower; 2nd bdrm with a queen bed is on a separate hallway that includes the washer/dryer and the 2nd bath with a single vanity and tub/bath combo. Three separate eating spaces - dinette table in kitchen, larger table in main living area, and table on the screened porch. Large sectional sofa in living room provided comfortable seating. Owner Mark was a pleasure, providing clear communication and was responsive to our questions. Wouldn't hesitate to return in the future!

Great family spot

Our small family of 3 stayed here. Plenty of space. Great access to park for running , beach and facility heated pools on overcast day. Everything we need within a 2 mile radius. Some minor things with property but nothing that required immediate attention while there. Check in and out process smooth. Would love to stay again and highly recommend for a comfortable ease vacation. Thank you !

Great escape

Jupiter Bay is a great location to escape from the cold of winter. Mark’s unit provided the comforts of home and more. We loved the park view from the lanai. This location is central to all that we enjoy while in Jupiter. We appreciated Mark as a host as he was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The unit is a perfect beach getaway. We hope to stay there again.

The condo is walking distance to a beautiful ocean beach! Carlin Park is a great spot to start our day with an awesome walking/exercise trail along with pickleball and tennis. The unit was well equipped and clean. Mark is a very responsive owner and made our stay that much more delightful.

A propert owner who does the right thing

Arrived at the property which was not cleaned by the service. Contacted the owner who promptly found out that the unit was accidentally skipped over but that the cleaning service had already left the premises. He quickly found me a unit in the adjacent building which I occupied until Monday when the cleaning service was back on site and then I moved back into the original property. The owner gave me a $60 credit. I thought he handled the situation well and to my satisfaction.

Located in a great complex in a safe quiet area. Convenient to everything specially the ocean beach. Everyone we met in the complex was very friendly. Great pools The condo has been renovated and the pictures are not current. The kitchen is a total renovation. The condo is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owner was responsive and ready to deal with.

The rental looks out onto a walking loop at a park. The beach is a 10 minute walk away. We saw lots of beautiful birds in the park and played in the surf at the beach. Nearby, was more good birding and lots of good restaurant choices.
