« They gave us all only 1 towel each. When we asked for more towels, they told us they don't give out more towels because people steal them. We asked them for soap and tissues because they gave us the leftovers of the guests before us, and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Checkout online says 10:00 but they wanted us to leave at 9 because they said other guests are coming and might arrive while we are still there. So weird and rude! But overall the actual villa is beautiful and the hot spring...

« The property was very spacious, with air conditioning in every room and the living area — perfect for the warm Petra weather. The host, Ali, was incredibly kind, generous, and always quick to respond via WhatsApp. The location is great — the market is within walking distance, and Petra’s main entrance is just 5 minutes away. It was definitely worth every penny. Thank you, Ali, for making our stay in Petra so joyful and comfortable! »

« The property was clean with all appliances ready for use. Very hotel like with new towels, tea and essentials already in the flat. It is in a quiet area with a corner shop close by but a bit far from the main street shops by foot. Check-in process was easy with, the property is equiped with wifi,but the password for this should be more easily accessible. Otherwise would highly recommended, excellent property and host »

"We loved everything about the hotel, the place was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a spectacular location. The only issue we had is when we did our check in, the staff removed our visa from our passports. This is something they should be awared they should keep in the passports of tourists at all times and never remove. It's an important detail that hotels that cathers to internaltional tourists should really be careful about. Thankfully we. noticed the mistake and we were able to get our visa back."
