'Friendly check in, the cable t.v. wasn't working in my room and they came up immediately to fix it. The only down side was the amount of ice and slush in the parking lot. It was really slippery and it would be great if they would have a plow clear it out.'

'Friendly staff, they offered a breakfast to go bag for people flying out from the airport, the gym was open all night and the pool was open til 12 AM, whereas most places close their pool at 10 PM. '
