'As others wrote about the appartement: the stench in hall is bad, although its ok once you are inside the appartement. The light on the first floor doesn't work, so its almost completely dark in the evening, the steps are narrow and steep and hard to handle luggage in, and the neighbourhood is not the best (my taxidrivers rate it from medium to bad).
The aircondition doesn't work properly. So If you don't run it on full day and night you can't get the temperature down.

'The listing was not accurate. Stated there were 2 queen beds, I measured them with my crochet tape measure and they were 51 x 72, smaller than a standard full size bed. There were 3 people on our reservation, we had 4 bath towels, 2 wash clothes, no hand towel or kitchen towels. Messaged host about 7:30 regarding towels and very noisy window air conditioner in one of the bedrooms,got a reply about 9:30 stating that the unit was well stocked for our visit & air conditioners were working. 'This stay was amazing. We just did a mini get away for our first time in Rhode Island and not only are we in love with the state but also the apartment was amazing we didn’t want to leave. Everything was cleaned and up to par the building was quiet and clean as well. Check in and out was effortless. We cannot wait to come back and book again! Thank you so much!'

'Noisy neighbors really negatively affected our stay and made it hard to get any sleep. The neighbors had screaming fights from 11pm to 3am with no respect for the hour or close proximity of other units. Cramped basement apartment but reasonable for the price.'
