'Advertised photo description of rooms are misleading. Room that we booked looked nothing like the photos of it on Expedia website. Harbor view advertised is blocked by rooftop. 2 sofas/couches advertised - we had 0. Also strange smell in the room. After you check in refunds are not possible. So be aware. Good luck. '

'We chose this hotel due to its proximity to the stadium and aquarium. Unfortunately, after our stay here we felt we paid way too much for what we received. The cost when we booked was $275 for a night. There was a few issues I should note. The first, the elevator was out so a staff member had to ride it down first before you could go up. The second, our room was REALLY hot and we turned the thermostat down but it wouldn’t cool off. We had to open a window and at 2am, there was a very loud...
