B&B in Johannesburg

'The photo and naming of "spa" was deceitful. The building in the photo is there and is beautiful, but my room was not in that building it was in the building next door. There was nobody there during arrival. I was let in by the owner's husband who happened to be passing by. When I decided that I could not stay in the room and needed to leave there was nobody in reception and also nobody answered my calls. Since I was not issued a remote control to open the gate, I had to go to another room...

'Very friendly staff, safe charming room'

'I was disappointed to get there and be told they didn't see my booking and the place was fully booked. I got allocated a random room of someone who did not come back, not the room I picked and paid for. When I took a shower the room got filled with water going all the way to the bed. The basin was also leaking. The room was full of spiders and spider webs all over. I will not be booking there again. I didn't even bother going for breakfast this morning. '

'This hotel is a real gem. Michelle the manager is efficient, friendly and very helpful. Everything has been thought of, and the breakfasts are to die for. If you are looking for a 5 star experience but don't want a corporate faceless hotel this is the place for you.'

'The staff was kind and brilliant'
