'The property is conveniently located in a nice neighborhood, with easy access to the PATH trains taking you to Manhattan. That's the only positive thing about it.
The rest of it was an absolute disaster!!! The couch you see in the photos is broken. It sits in the middle of the room as a bed. It only holds its back in the picture because it is against a very old AC unit mounted inside a window.
There is no storage at all, except for a couple of sorry-looking coat hangers by the entrance.

This property really isn't worthy of being on vrbo.
We'll just say this, it felt like we we're back in our cheap, rundown college apartment days.

'We had a short 1 night stay here. The house was clean and beds were comfortable but there were 4 spiral staircases, which were not listed in property details. Parking said it was available but in reality, 1 very small garage on property, which did not fit a standard size 4 door car. Parking was within walking distance but an additional fee. 'Great stay just outside Manhattan! Stayed here for 2 nights with a total of 7 people. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and get cozy. The unit had everything we needed from coffee machines, utensils, plates, cups, etc... The property manager was extremely responsive and even had one of our coffee machines replaced within the hour when we ran into a snag. I would definitely stay here again! 'Great rental for my family of 4 and several cousins. We attended a wedding in Jersey City and it was very convenient to Uber to Maritime Park and back. The owner was a great when we had issues with the Wi-Fi or flexibility with dropping off suitcases early or having an extra hour to leave. The kids loved the game room and the cousins who stored loudly slept in the couch in the game room that folded out nicely into a bed. The door was closed and it worked like a charm..
