Enjoy a cozy living room with wood-burning stove and a spacious dining room with a comfortable chaise longue. The hallway leads to a fully equipped new kitchen with a welcoming dining nook. Amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. On the ground floor, you'll find an accessible bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Upstairs, reached by a small staircase, features rustic wooden floors and three bedrooms: two with double beds, one with two single beds. The second bathroom upstairs includes a bathtub and shower.



The private outdoor area features a garden, garden furniture, and an open terrace. A café is less than 5 minutes' walk away (310 m), and a bakery and restaurant are about 7 minutes on foot (500 m). Free parking is available both on the street and on the property.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an additional fee on request. A sauna is available by prior arrangement for an additional fee. The garage can be used by guests for an additional fee upon request. A double kayak is also available for an additional fee. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
