Most of the staff was not friendly and sometimes downright dismissive. I booked two rooms, asked for a crib over the phone the day before check in. Asked again at check in. Was told all was good. Arrived in a room without a crib. Went back down to the front desk and was told the crib would be there soon - and was ignored when asking why it was not in the room in the first place. Someone dropped the crib 20 min later at the room entrance - did not offer to set up or anything. There were no sheets, just the pack and play mattress that didn't look very clean. I called and asked for sheet. House keeper came and tried to give me some colorful cover made of polyester. I declined and asked for cotton crib sheets ( I had received similar sheets for the exact same pack and play in another hotel the day before). Was told cribs don't need sheets (!?). After asking again, someone dropped twin bed flat sheets - not for a crib. On another day, my room key stopped working. I went downstairs, another person was having the same issue. The front desk person did something and told me it was fixed. I went back upstairs, it still wasn't working. Went back downstairs, there was a line, ended up having to beg someone from housekeeping to let me into my own room. At no point in these interactions was anyone friendly or understanding .
The pros: hotel is clean, the ocean view is great and it was not noisy.
