This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom oceanfront cottage perfectly combines the vibrancy of coastal living and the calmness of the ocean. You enter this home through a fresh and spacious kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, both a standard and a Keurig coffee maker, an abundance of counter space, and everything you will need for a home-cooked meal including a slow cooker and ninja blender. From the kitchen, you will find a bar top, with seating for three, and a dining table with enough seating for six. The eating areas flow into the living area, where you will find comfy seating, a sofa bed with a pull-out queen mattress, a TV, and gorgeous ocean views. The living area also provides access to the lower screened-in porch with lounge furniture as well as a banquette perfect for enjoying the sunrise. The first floor is also home to the master suite, which has access to the lower porch. Finishing off the first floor is the half bath with an adjacent stackable washer and dryer. The second-floor houses two guest rooms, both with queen size beds, their own private ensuite bathroom, and access to the upper balcony. The second-floor balcony boasts a large custom daybed swing and additional lounge seating. A highchair and folding crib are available upon request. 2 adult bicycles (1 male, 1 female), and tire pump, folding chairs, a folding wagon, and 2 crab nets are included with this Cottage as well. In addition, guests have access to The Cottages at Jekyll Island's million-dollar amenities, which include Clubhouse, zero-entry pool and fitness, beach deck, beach access and community firepit.

BEACH ACCESS AT THE COTTAGES
Overview: The Cottages beach is about 2,000 feet long, featuring a dune area and seawall.
Access Points: There are three dune crossovers to the sandy area, always accessible for recreation. Main access is near the pool and clubhouse.
Tide Information: At high tide, water reaches the seawall, changing every six hours. Check a tide chart to plan your beach time.
Nearby Facilities: Oceanview Beach Park, about 2 miles south past the Holiday Inn, offers all-day ocean access. Explore all Jekyll Island beaches on their website.
Important Note: Storms may affect beach crossover access, and we cannot guarantee beach access at all times.
