'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didnโ€™t like so much (but thatโ€™s really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'Lovely staff, great location. Super close to multiple options for dinner. The receptionist helped us find some good restaurants, but I doubt there's bad ones. Parking was a little confusing as the hotel's space seemed full all the time but we rarely had trouble parking as there's a lot of spots at the side of the hotel. Recommend!'

'Very happy with the hotel and the location was really good. The staff were good, and the housekeeping staff always said hello with a smile. Breakfast options were nice, and lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the immediate area. A very enjoyable stay.'

'I stayed 5 nights in Jeju and to save driving time, stayed at different hotels as I moved around the island. This i the only hotel, that I oul stay at again in Jeju. Staff, from check in to breakfast and housekeeping, were excellent. Very friendly, courteous and all around nice. Would definitely stay here again basd on all the above factors.'

'The staff were very professional, polite and attentive. The room was clean, modern and I liked the small touches which showed that they were thoughtfully designed. For example, every power point/socket is catered to any type of plug so you don't need an adaptor! The location was perfect, right in the middle of a lively hub and we wished we stayed at this place a few more nights.'

"The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. Beds were very small, eventhough we booked a twin room, you expect at least a 180 cm bed. And the bathroom is very outdated - a shower in bathtubโ€ฆ We are not returning to this hotel! "
