'Great room, bathroom could be better finished with the tap in the shower moving around. The beach view is wonderful and filming sunset was amazing on the pier in front of the hotel. As my curtains was broken I asked them to look into it, before I could return it was fixed. Overall a great place to stay, only the aircraft taking off were slightly annoying but they stop at 2230.'

'Good location for a couple of nights sleeping in between an early hike of the Hallasan peak, the highest in South Korea. Not much choice of food at the restaurant but still OK for a pasta before the hike. You can always order food online for more variety. Clean and with essentials!'

'The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. 'Very clean and spacious room (Suite), with an awesome seaview from the balcony. Very convenient to major places of interests. Too bad there was no breakfast provided, although there were many eateries and Nice To CU / GS25 around.'

'Staff was so kind and willing to help! The inner room design is small but very updated (chic in terms of concrete finished wall and other designs). Real close in taking buses to other visiting places.'
