'The limited staff (skeleton crew) was as helpful as they could be, but the property is in rough shape. Elevator didn’t work. Doors wouldn’t open even after the key card unlocked the latch. Not the Hampton standard we’re used to.'

'First time to stay at Hampton Inn. Everything was perfect except the main thing we need to sleep good. You guessed it! Air conditioning. The thermostat is motion activated. When you go to sleep, the air conditioner does not come on at all. Therefore you get hot and stuffy until you get up and move around. I did tell the front desk the night of and they could not do anything about it.'

'I was denied a receipt at check out. Housekeeping every other day, usuall required another visit to the front desk daily to get towels, washcloths, coffee, etc. New computer system was creating a lot of problems for staff.'

'Cons: TV didn't work. Room was musty smelling. Breakfast consisted of bad coffee, a muffin and an apple. Pros: Bed was comfortable, good water pressure, nice size refrigerator & freezer, good size room.'
