« The house was very clean and nice, very welcoming. The host was very easy to converse with, always answered my questions in a timely manor. The house was very well stalked with everything a person would need to cook and enjoy some relaxation time. I’d definitely stay again. Close to many stores and restaurants if you choose to eat out, or buy food to cook. »

« We had a great stay over Thanksgiving. We had a few questions before we arrived and Molly was quick to respond. She also checked in with us before we left. It’s an older home with updated bathrooms and kitchen- it was cold while we were there but the heat worked well. My husband and I stayed in the king bed that is the pass through to one of the queen rooms and the bed was firm but for me was very comfortable. « The house and amenities were amazing and we all had a blast. We were not impressed with the house being in a tight residential area. The host got back to me immediately with any concerns. The house was very clean. We had a family of 11 and had plenty of room for fun and games. The only thing we were missing was an outside patio table for fun and games outside. »

« We had a short stay to go to Churchill Downs for Thursday Twilight Racing. We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. It was very cozy and felt like home. The location was great and a quiet area. We wished we would have had more time to enjoy the outdoor patio. We would definitely stay at this house again and stay longer to enjoyed the patio. »

« My family enjoyed our stay cause we were together. Cleanliness of house did not met my standards. Dishwasher flooded kitchen at first use. No response after messaging owner. Dishes were washed by hand, dried with paper towels as only one drying tea towel. This house sleeps 9. Only 5 chairs for high top table. 6 forks in kitchen. No directions for leaving house so we just followed instructions from other rentals. »

« Perfection!!!! This house is so beautiful and comfortable. It’s like a artsy HGTV home. The host even put up a gorgeous Christmas tree that matched the decor and made our family time extra special. We were in town for a wedding and everything about our stay was wonderful. Thank you. »
