« We very much enjoyed our stay. The location can't be beat, right in the middle of everything, and yet with dedicated parking and a nice private outdoor area. We love quirky old townhouses like this, and it was in excellent condition with all the modern amenities, plus the hosts have a very nice sense of style that we appreciated. « We really enjoyed our stay in this Civil War era home. Very clean with plenty of towels and soaps. It had a good location in Sharpsburg. We walked to the bakery (twice), the ice cream shop and the library. Easy access to the Antietam Battlefield. Appliances worked as expected. We have stayed in numerous period homes and this home was by far the best equipped for preparing meals in the kitchen. Wi-Fi was very good and strong throughout the home.
