'Overall, our stay was good, it was on the water where my son was fishing and 15 minutes from the landing they had to put in at. Communication was excellent and quick as needed. We got in at 1 am and to our surprise the drive way was very steep and narrow. Normally, this wouldn’t be an issue but we had a bass boat on a boat trailer. The 2 bedrooms upstairs only had lamps, the rooms were very dark. There were bugs and leaves on the stairs and floors. There were spiderwebs on the couch, it looked...

'The area was so quiet and peaceful, the owners were delightful and so helpful. We’ve found our new place to stay anytime we’re in the area! And frosty (their outdoor cat) is an absolute treasure. I can’t recommend this place enough!'

'The property is perfect for a Smoky Mountain getaway. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. There are some cats and a dog on property that were super friendly. The communal area is very well maintained. Would definitely recommend to others!'
