« This was our first family trip and it was amazing! The cabin was exactly as pictured and just what we were looking for. If you want a cabin in the woods with nothing around this is the place to go! We went to the lake a day and it took about 5/10 minutes to get there! We did have a rainy day as well, but the fire pit is covered so it did not stop the fun! Maggie was great and easy to get ahold. We will be booking again! »

« Perfect for 2 people. We had everything we needed for our visit. We enjoyed the quiet country setting. A nice grocery store was a short drive and Ashtabula was an easy drive. The purpose of our trip was to observe the total solar eclipse, but we made time to do a covered bridges tour. The trails to the river were enjoyable. Recommend this cottage. »

« My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. Its a cute little cabin with a wonderful outdoor shower as an added bonus. The cabin is minutes from the Ohio border and you can see the lake from the back deck. There are a lot of great things to do in the area. We did the Erie Zoo, Football Hall of Fame, Presque Isle, and the Classic Car Museum. Lynn came to greet us soon after we unpacked. « The 3 ponds and 14 acres of vineyard were absolutely stunning and exactly the perfect place to relax and enjoy everything the property has to offer. The cabin itself is cozy and well stocked. The beds are all extremely comfortable and give an over all home way from home feeling. The dock on the pond to the right of the cabin is the perfect place to read and catch the sunset. The propery managers are so friendly and manage everything so well. Would absolutely love to stay there again. »

« Great location. Very comfortable well equipped cottage. 2 bedrooms with one being loft style open to the living space below. Fine for friends sharing. Only thing I’d change is carpeting in the bathroom. »

« It was a great location for relaxing with an incredible lake view or to explore GOTL. We hired a local private wine tour company ( Next Flight) and visited multiple local wineries. The only “ negative” regarding the property was that we didn’t know in advance it contains zero closets. If we book it again we will pack accordingly with clothes that aren’t intended to be hung on hangers.
