Also on this floor, 1 bedroom features 2 beds measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and likewise connects to the terrace. This level is completed by a shower room with WC and a separate WC. On the lower ground floor, the villa offers 3 additional bedrooms, each with its own terrace access.
