La maison correspond exactement à l'annonce et aux photos, il n'y a pas de mauvaises surprises. Elle est magnifique, fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, gentils et ont pensé à tout pour que nous passions des vacances de rêve.

A brilliant property for a big group of all ages. Well equipped, lots of space, felt at home the second we arrived. It was all as described and everything worked. First class communication with the owner and property manager, which was a real value add. A car essential as taxis in Javea continue to be painful. We would look to return in a heartbeat.

Stunning Villa

The pictures of the villa are exactly what we found on arrival. We were a party of 7 with grandchildren aged 19 16 and 4 years old and there was plenty to keep everybody entertained. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and made preparing meals a breeze. Nick was an excellent host and exceedingly helpful answering any questions. We had a wonderful holiday and my family are keen to return.

Nothing more to wish for

I you even wondered if the pictures on site of this holiday house reflect reality, please stop. Its just as shown and even better! If you’re looking for a house that has it all, do yourself and your family/friends a big favor and go for this. It was about the 7th time that we stayed in Javea (different areas) and this one tops it all. Area is also very nice, you can take the provided mountain bikes for a great ride to Granadella (but remember that you have to get yourself back up again )Contact with the house owner was very friendly and responsive. Special word of appreciation for the housemanager, who was more than helpful during the major power outage in Spain, she was there in half an hour, providing support and guidance, very helpful Very good chance that we will be back again next year

Lovely property

Wow - what a wonderful property, perfect for us as a mixed age range group, plenty of space for everyone. Great location, walkable to a few local bars, would highly recommend. We have also stayed in the sister property and can highly recommend that too 🙂

Super tolle Finca

Wir waren mit 6 Kinder u 6 Erwachsene in der Finca und sie ist genau wie beschrieben. Für uns passte mit 3 Partei die Raumaufteilung perfekt. Die Beiden vor Ort waren bei Anfragen für uns da. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Auto ist empfehlenswert. Der Nachbar war noch sehr lautstark am Renovieren, dies wurde uns ca einen Monat zuvor auch angekündigt.

We loved our stay at this lovely villa

The Villa is spacious, cleen and well maintained. It looks just as good as it does on the pictures in the add. Outdoor area was beautiful but also highly functional. High quality sun beds, comfortable outdoor seating groups, enough umbrellas. Large pool (10x5m). The kitchen was extremely well equiped with everything you need and a lot more. 3 fridges to keep your drinks cold. Comfortable beds in spacious sleeping rooms. Communication with host and local team was really good. The area surrounding the villa is nice, but somewhat remote. It is located on a hill with steep roads with relative high traffic. We found some really nice walking routes through the forrest to some great viewpoints off the cliffs. You really need a car to get to everything else. The off street parking easily fit 3 or maybe even 5 cars if you park smart. However there is no shade for the parking area. Only issue we had was with the air con which kept turning off in the midle of the night. Apparently previous tennants had left the air con on all day while leaving doors open, with the result of condensated water all over the house. As a result the air con system was pre-set on a timer interval, which is why it kept turning itself off. This was really irritating, waking up in the middle of the night full of sweat and having to turn the air con back on. Hope that if we were to rent this place again the timer intervall is increased to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.

Stunning villa

We stayed for 2 weeks as a family of 8 covering 3 generations and there really was something for everyone at this beautiful villa. Daily bike rides, then pool and table tennis tournaments followed by a cool off in the lovely swimming pool; lounging around in enormous comfort everywhere with plenty of space and shade for everyone made this the perfect chilled holiday. We rarely left the villa except to occasionally eat out in Javea, choosing to bbq instead and sit outside enjoying the beautifully lit garden at night. The kitchen is equipped to an extremely high standard - it has everything you could possibly need. Communications with the villa team was excellent and the couple of minor issues we had were promptly dealt with. We were warned about the renovation works going on behind the property before we left the UK and whilst we would've preferred complete peace and quiet, it wasn't unbearable - the builders were respectful and as quiet as they could be under the circumstances - it didn't spoil our holiday. We highly recommend a visit to this stunning villa - can't wait to return😎

Fab holiday!

Absolutely loved our family holiday away. Any issues were corrected immediately and contact was very good. House was immaculate, pool and hot tub were perfect for our group. BBQ was a bit tired but still worked. All in all would love to return. Thank you Nick and family.

Fabulous Villa but...

Fabulous 5 star villa but we had builders over the hedge at the bottom of the garden completely renovation a property right on the hedge line. Started work very early and did not finish every day until 4pm.Very Very loud drilling all day amongst other very noisy knocking down walls. Called the manager Leah who had a word but made no difference the work is on going all summer. We had to go to the beach every day to escape the noise. Did contact the owner who was very apologetic but he needs to advise future clients of this dreadful problem.

Beautiful House and Outdoor Area

Eight of us had a great time in the house "Sueños 2". The house has everything you need in a household. When the weather is nice, the pool area is a wonderful place to switch off. The owners and the people in charge on site looked after us and were available if we needed them. The weather was not so good during our stay and a neighbour was rebuilding his house, so we had some noise and rainy days, but Nick and Leah were not to blame. We would holiday there again.

Fantastic Villa

Have just returned from our 2nd visit to this fabulous villa. The villa itself is fantastic, immaculately clean with everything you could want out of a holiday villa and more, everything you could think of in the way of crockery, gadgets, bedding, towels, ample sun lounges to make your holiday run smoothly. The communication between the owner and team who look after the villa is first class. Maintenance guys who cleaned the pool twice in the week we were there was excellent and very helpful. We heated the swimming pool ( at an extra cost) which is recommended especially at this time of the year which made it very comfortable for the grandkids to use the pool all day and evening. Cannot fault our second experience in this immaculate very spacious villa which can very comfortable accommodate 12 guests without been on top of each other, and would thoroughly recommend it for a family get together or celebration. Cannot wait for our next holiday at this wonderful location.

Lovely stay in Javea

We rented this villa for a week in September and had an amazing time! The villa is beautifully decorated and there is everything you could possibly need - we have never stayed somewhere with so much glassware and crockery! The outdoor area is lovely and the pool is the perfect size. The only little issue we had was a lack of sun umbrellas - there was only 2 and a lot of our party like full shade. Someone did come round after contacting the host but unfortunately due to some of the umbrella bases being broken they were unusable. We needed a travel cot and there were 3 in the villa but unfortunately they were slightly damp and mouldy but still usable after a bit of a clean! Neither of these issues made our stay less enjoyable and we had a brilliant week in the sunshine! I would recommend having a car as whilst the location is lovely and quiet it is off of main roads which don’t always have pavement so not the safest to walk along and is a fair distance from the main areas of Javea.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The villa is absolutely amazing, from the clean, calming decor to the facilities, both inside and outside of the villa. We took full advantage of the pool, hut tub, pool table and outdoor bar. There are also loads of books and board games for adults and kids. The kitchen was beautifully clean and so well stocked with everything you could ever need. The area is very upmarket and felt safe. There are also a couple of nice restaurants a 5 minute walk away. This is a real home from home and I’m sure many people would love to live in this villa. Highly recommend!

Stunning Villa

What an amazing villa, just returned from getting married in Xabia and this villa was incredible. From the smells in the house to the fantastic decor and high end finishes. The outside area was utterly incredible they have literally thought of everything. We played pool enjoyed the hot tub had a bbq and even had late night swims in the pool that felt like a bath. I can not thank you enough for our stay in your home we are hoping to return one day.

Awesome Villa

Absolutely blown away with this villa. It more than met the expectations we had when booking. Although the inside was beautiful the outside with the swimming pool, hot tub, pool table , table tennis and trampoline was wonderful and kept the whole family entertained. The seating and outdoor dining areas where a joy to relax in and overall a thoroughly fantastic holiday was had by all. We would definitely love to return to this wonderful villa. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance but I would recommend a hired car for travelling further distances.

Superb Holiday villa

Great villa, great location. Good size, clean and had everything to entertain all ages. A few restaurants within walking distance but also only a small drive from the beach. Nick the owner was great and helpful throughout and always contactable. Definitely recommend.

Luxury in the sun

Fantastic week in the sun in a beautiful villa , the villa is well appointed inside and out with everything you could possibly need during your stay . The villa has modern appliances which make your stay even more special , the outside areas are fantastic and well maintained , we opted for the pool heating after asking for the owner Nick's advice as we were unsure about the water temperature at the time of our stay and it was a great choice as the family were in the pool day and night , the pool fountain is a great touch and adds to the overall experience of the outside area .The day started with the kids getting oranges off the trees in the garden and making fresh orange juice and ended with the adults in the hot tub with it's beautiful water jets .Nick and Leah (who looks after the villa for Nick) contacted us to ensure that everything was as we expected and to contact them should any issues arise. This is a beautiful villa to stay in with beaches and modern supermarkets only a 10 minute drive away although when we went out the kids wanted to get back to the villa and either play on the pool table or jump into the pool. This is a great villa to holiday in and would highly recommend a visit. , would highly recommend a visit.

Fantastic property. Very very impressed!!

Property was a very high standard. Everything described was there and better than expectations. Would definitely come back again. 10 adults and a baby, plenty of room, did not feel cramped at all. The pool area was amazing! Thanks you
