You are ideally located on the edge of the charming village of Jaujac, very close to the clear and wild river Lignon with its bathing beach at the foot of the basalt flows. The village is characterised by its friendly atmosphere, its old streets and its omnipresent volcanic heritage. Jaujac is home to three different castles: the Chateau de Castrevieille, the Chateau de Rochemure and the Chateau du Bruget. Just a stone's throw from the market square is the medieval neighbourhood of Le Chastelas with its old stone alleyways and panoramic views of the village and the distant volcano.



Go on excursions in the magnificent region of the seven lakes, surrounded by chestnut forests and the unique gorges of the Ardeche. Nature lovers can explore the surrounding area on foot or by mountain bike. Other activities such as kayaking in Vogue and famous caves such as the Aven d'Orgnac await you. The Lussas animal park and the Isla Cool Douce amusement park in Chauzon are wonderful excursion destinations for the whole family.
