'Book this house! We had a fantastic time. The house has good vibes if you will. it was perfect for our family. Quiet neighborhood, great biking access, easy walk to beach, good size pool, hot hot tub. Easy contact with property management. Any issue we had (we didn’t have much at all) was quickly and efficiently addressed. Our whole family agreed we will be staying here again. We were talking about booking again before our trip was even halfway over. Hands down one of the best trips we’ve taken...

'Property is as described. Living area is on the 3rd floor & deck has an ocean view. About a 5 minute walk to the beach - which was never very crowded. Also quite a few restaurants walkable where food is very good. Lots of chairs, etc for the beach including carts. Kitty Hawk’s proximity to sights of interest a bonus. 'Unfortunately, the host did not respond to questions i asked immediately after booking in a timely fashion which created a HUGE misunderstanding and unnecessary stress and conflict. Sent 4 messages the day i booked and one the morning of arrival and didn't receive a response to my specific inquiries until close to check in. Very disappointing experience. '
