Years later, I have now stayed there and I was not wrong. It was great! Cozy, quiet and you can't get closer to the beach. I counted 100 steps from the back step to water's edge. »

« Awesome house in an equally awesome setting. There are full ocean views from the upper deck and you can hear the waves crashing with the windows open. The 4x4 only beach was a great experience for the whole family. You pull up on the beach and it is like your own private area. The wild horses walked through the yard multiple days. He let us check in about 30 minutes early upon our arrival, which I appreciated so much being that we had a 5 week old newborn with us. The cottage was as described and very clean. « We absolutely loved this tree house. We are a family of 3 with one fur baby, our frenchie. The house is decorated perfectly, very clean annd neat and the space for a family of 3 was very comfortable. It is close to everything yet far enough away to be peaceful. The pool was wonderful as was the beach. I absolutely love Betsy. She is very sweet and very responsive if you need something. We will most definitely be back to this tree house. « This was a great spot for the 2 of us and our dog. You truly cannot beat how close to the ocean you are. Enjoyed the proximity to the beach the best. A lot of sand gets tracked in because it is on ground level. We had a broom but no dish pan so we just used paper plates to try and clean everything up. Kitchen was fine, nice fridge and everything worked. The only downfall was that there was not an outdoor shower! If you decide to stay here, bring a 5 gallon bucket to fill up with to try and wash...
