« Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. There was a tear in the wallpaper in our bathroom and a chip in the tub. When we tried to check in at the front desk, nobody was there, simply a sign saying someone would eventually return. « Enjoyed our stay at the Isle Casino Waterloo. Hottub and pool were very nice. Great location and next to Lost Island waterpark and roller coaster rides. Casino play was OK, but not very exciting. Part of Caesar Casinos. Overall, would stay again on my next visit. »

« We found ants everywhere, including in the beds. The price of the hotel was alot more expensive than most places. We had a room with 3 beds and that was nice. »

« Parking was very good, room was good, breakfast was very good. Fitness Center was really bad, smelled horrible and the treadmill didn't work consistently. The employee was very nice about it but the combination made the room unusable. »

« Are room was a king sized bed and a pull out couch. The arrangement was different and the day/night was really hot. The air conditioner could not keep the room with the couch cool. The picture that was on the wall in the bathroom was off and the hardware was still on the wall. The refrigerator in the breakfast room was defrosting and there was water all over the counter. « the staff is very nice, this review is not about them. I cannot recommend staying here. This was our second time and i don’t know what happened but the hotel is in decline. the exterior doors to front are broken, the back side door doesn’t close or has a rock in it to let anyone in- so it’s not secure, anyone can get into hotel. So keep your doors fully locked. The first room was moldy and mildew with a wet carpet- they said we couldn’t switch as no other rooms- I looked for other...

« Upon check in, we were told right away that one set of elevators weren’t working and the pool was closed. Once we got to our suite, we did not have the extra bedding for the sofa bed. Called down and told them, they said they’d bring it up. Called about 10 min later to also ask for more towels, was told it would be awhile. They never brought it up. « The charm and comfort was outstanding! This was central to our visit over Waterloo. Lots of walking distance dining options. Rooms were very comfortable, and breakfast was both a delight and delicious. The hosts were generous and accommodating. We cannot wait to stay again. »
