*The Apartment*

The central living area is designed with an open layout, allowing the living room and kitchen to flow seamlessly into each other. The modern kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances and a practical breakfast bar. Large sliding doors connect the indoor space with the spacious covered terrace, creating a unified indoor-outdoor living experience.
The terrace is furnished with a dining area and a comfortable seating area. Here you can start the day with a cup of coffee, relax after a refreshing swim, or enjoy an outdoor dinner. From the terrace, you can look out over the shared garden, patio, and pool.

The two bedrooms are located in a separate part of the apartment for extra privacy. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, plenty of closet space, air conditioning, and a stylish ensuite bathroom with modern amenities. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed that can also be set up as two single beds if desired. This room also offers air conditioning, storage space, and its own luxurious bathroom.

In addition, there is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and extra storage space for things like suitcases and other personal items.

*Access for Guests*

During your stay, you will have full private use of the apartment and its terrace.

The pool and sun terrace are shared with the other guests of the resort.

On the resort's gated grounds, two parking spaces are available for you to use during your stay.

*Important Information*

Additional terms:

Your booking includes a daily electricity usage of up to 20 kWh and 0.5 m3 of water. This is more than enough for normal use by 4 people (like having the AC on at night).
If usage exceeds this limit, an extra charge of €0.45 per additional kWh and €9 per m3 of water will be applied. The settlement will take place (if needed) via the deposit or a payment request at check-out.
