It’s about 25 minutes from the trout hatchery and has good access to the river. We mostly fished the dam and hatchery creek, but the river access from the ramp is honestly less steep than I expected (it’s less steep than the boat ramp at the kendall recreation area). 'This is a basic very small cabin along a winding country road. There are outdoor chairs to sit in, but no view other than the road and neighbors--so use this as a tiny place to stay if you want to read or watch TV, or to visit the marina 4 miles farther down the road.'

'Property was just as described. One of the cleanest well kept properties we have ever stayed at. Very nice furnishings. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone asking, and we will be back often. Close to the lake and boat put in, but seclusion upon returning at the end of the day. 5 stars'

Clean house with awesome shower and updated kitchen - a great choice for a weekend (or longer) at the lake! This was our second stay as we have family close to this property - loved it just as much this time as we did the first time.'
