These are nice mini studios w/kitchens and good storage. Great laundry facilities. I loved the location for walkability to grocery & restaurants. The daytime Staff was really nice and helpful whenever I needed anything.
**HOWEVER,... the cliental that stays here long term are one step from homelessness and there are many behavioral issues you'll have to deal with. The Police & Ambulance were there almost every night. Fights breaking out in the parking lot or up on the balcony. A drug addict prostitute knocked on my door at 11:30pm asking if I was someone's "old lady". The second to the last night I was there, an unknown man attacked a woman resident in the parking lot and punched her in the face, left a massive bruise on her jaw. I felt so unsafe I hid in my room & was afraid to leave after dark keeping my taser & pepper spray on me at ALL times. Needless to say, I left 3 days early from check out. I would recommend INTOWN suites get better security for evening hours and FENCE in the property to keep the hood rats out. Carry pepper spray or other protection - you are not safe here if you are a female solo traveler.
The staff was very nice about everything - they knew the whole story before I even got to the office the next morning to tell them i was leaving for safety reasons.*I did NOT get reimbursed my 3 days for leaving early. I did get my deposit back. - I don't think this is a staffing issue. fence the property in with a guard station to resolve this issue
